Responsibilities Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments The professional completion of all sales related paperwork Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 1-year retail sales or customer service experience required. Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills Valid Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement Why Ed Morse?
