Are you a skilled mechanic with a genuine passion for motorcycles? SuperBike Factory is looking for experienced Motorcycle Technicians to join our high-performance workshop team.
Whether you’re coming from a dealership or a multi-brand environment, you’ll be working across a huge variety of makes and models, preparing bikes to a retail-ready standard through detailed servicing, diagnostics, and repair.

• Mechanical Repairs: Strip, fit, and replace motorcycle components to a high workshop standard.
• Diagnosis: Identify and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and your technical expertise.
• Servicing: Carry out routine servicing across various makes and models, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Time Management: Work to set timelines and daily targets while maintaining excellent quality.
• Workshop Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, contributing to team output and safety compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with colleagues across processing, parts, and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflows.
