Description

To actively promote and sell new and used motorhomes and caravans to customers, providing excellent service from initial enquiry through to post-sale support. The role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a professional and friendly experience for all customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in vehicle or leisure industry sales (motorhomes, caravans, or similar preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
  • Valid UK driving licence (essential).
  • IT literate – experience with dealership CRM or DMS is a plus.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays (as required).
Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with customers in the showroom and on the forecourt.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, layouts, pricing, and finance options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations
  • Handle sales enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Prepare and present quotes, part-exchange valuations, and finance packages.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.
  • Ensure vehicles are presented to showroom standards.
  • Attend industry events or shows as required.
  • Liaise with workshop and admin staff to ensure smooth delivery of sold units.
  • Provide aftersales support and build long-term customer relationships.
