We are looking for a dedicated Detailer to join us on a casual basis, to ensure that all vehicles are prepared and cleaned to the highest possible standard, in keeping with Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) standards. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations in vehicle presentation and quality, while ensuring productivity meets or exceeds business needs. Key Criteria: Competent in all areas of vehicle presentation. Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude and approach. Willing and able to work, including weekends. A keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Ensure all relevant vehicle equipment is supplied and meets company policy. Clean vehicles to the agreed daily targets. Be team-oriented. Maintain work areas and cleaning equipment daily. Keep an accurate daily record of vehicles processed. Perform other duties related to vehicle preparation as requested. Provide an exceptional standard of vehicle to our customers, contributing to creating an ‘unforgettable holiday’. Represent the company in a way that reflects THL’s brand pillars. Be at the allocated work area on time and in uniform, in accordance with the uniform policy. Ensure all assigned daily tasks, reports, and duties are undertaken in an accurate, professional, and timely manner. Maintain standard vehicle housekeeping processing times.
