A Junior design Engineer will be working alongside our Design Engineers. This role involves creating 3D CAD models, engineer drawings, and supporting builds and production for Automotive OEM’s to top tier Motorsport teams and everyone in-between. Collaboration with other departments and continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this position. Located at or HQ in Daventry.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, numeracy and IT are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

CAD oriented role with experience in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or similar CAD software required.
The ability to understand and create engineering drawings
Minimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering r closely related subject. HND or Degree preferred
An interest in cars and/or motorsport advantageous
Basic knowledge or understanding of CMM systems
A logical thought process with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
