Job Details Job Location: Fontana CA - Fontana, CA 92335 Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $85,741.00 Salary The Motorsports and Events Specialist is responsible for coordinating and executing all Dunlop Tires North America Inc (DTNA) events, overseeing vendor communication, sponsorship requirements, and onsite activation planning. Manages critical event logistics and administrative tasks to ensure each event is seamless, successful, and professionally organized. Essential Job Functions: Manage maintain tire inventory and shipments Ensure equipment readiness Coordinate and support training activities Provide motorsports event support Oversee paddock and display booth setup and operations Support public relations effort at events Collaborate with cross-functional departments Coordinate and support trade shows and car shows Manage and support marketing partnerships Qualifications Minimum of (3) three years of experience in event planning and logistics, preferably within the automotive industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited college, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to represent SRNA at multiple events. Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and able to travel up to 50% of the time. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, crouch, and use hands and fingers for extended periods. Requires the ability to hear, speak, and occasionally project voice in loud environments. May include frequent walking on level surfaces, reaching above and below shoulder height, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work is performed in both office and field environments. The office setting includes a climate-controlled workspace. The role also requires routine travel, including time spent in airports, vehicles, outdoor motorsport venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sports environments, and various event locations.
