One year of active sales experience is preferred!
We are looking to recruit full time members to the Sales Department that have a strong, independent and outgoing personality to fit our culture of selling FUN products! The optimal candidate will be a team player!
Business hours:Tuesday – Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM and Saturday 10:00AM – 4:00PM

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Strong customer service skills
· Reliable with a good work ethic
· Motorcycle endorsement (preferred)
· Passion for the Power Sports Industry

· Follow up on daily leads
· Provide a positive attitude, smile and acknowledge all customers
· Assist customers with regards to their specific needs and requests utilizing the dealership sales process
· Responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant buying environment for the customer at all times
· Be familiar with and follow all dealership sales processes/policies and procedures at all time
· Review product knowledge of all vehicles
· All meetings and scheduled work days are to be attended to on time.
