Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Mould Operator / Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Harlow. In this role, you will be responsible for operating moulding equipment and conducting thorough inspections to ensure the production of high-quality products. Set up, operate, and monitor moulding machines to prepare equipment for the shopfloor Perform regular quality checks and inspections on mould equipment Use precision measurement tools to verify product specifications Identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards Maintain accurate records of production and inspection activities Clean and maintain moulding equipment and work area Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives This position is a days position working Monday - Friday though the Plant operates 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. Qualifications Previous experience in mould operation or inspection Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments Proficiency in mould operation and inspection techniques Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards Experience using precision measurement tools Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (preferred) Additional Information Next Steps: If you are smart, passionate, innovative, culturally open, curious and collaborative, we’d like to hear from you.
