Due to continued success and growth within our Firth Vickers business unit we are currently looking for an additional Moulder. As a Moulder you will be required to produce various size sand moulds to the highest possible quality as detailed on the departmental moulding drawings and techniques.

Duties will include but not limited to;

• Producing sand moulds as detailed in FVC foundry moulding drawings and techniques.
• Painting moulds using flood coat method.
• Reporting any damage to patterns/tooling to supervision.
• To achieve expected targets.
• General housekeeping (5S).
• Working safely throughout all activities in line with Paralloy safety standards and procedures.

You will need

Ideally would will have experience of the Mould and or sandcasting experience and and an understanding different moulding and casting processes, materials, and equipment.
