Job Description Job Responsibilities • Provide Technical Leadership and directions to sustain / enhance and optimize moulding process to achieve Quality, Delivery, and Cost efficient production with Standardization and implementing Best Practices. • Act as engineering resource to moulding operation ensuring process standardization and Responsible for new tooling/autoloader process set up / Optimization of existing process. • Participate in early design review and tool design / Modification of new product to ensure the process robustness to ensure Quality Level and meeting the process capabilities. • Provide engineering support in terms of production & quality issues to ensure issues are contained and resolved. • Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the process / equipment maintenance activities. • Train new Process Technician / Tool Maker to meet their objectives and organization needs. Job Requirement • Degree / Diploma in any Engineering discipline (Mechanical / Polymer Engineering) is preferred • Minimum 5- 7 years’ experience in high precision injection moulding and hands-on experience in Moulding Process set up and optimization. • Knowledge in Tooling Fabrication Technique will be an added advantage • Moulding process set up and optimization • Able to work on moulding machines Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5:45pm
