Your Job
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be a resourceful individual, and a team player. Must have the ability to operate, monitor and control product made on each of the machines to ensure high quality control and safety standards are met.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Experience in injection moulding operations.
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of moulding machines and equipment.
  • An analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities
  • Startup of machines and verify the machines during each shift. Report any issues in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Investigate process or tooling related quality issues.
  • Ensure material is controlled in and out of the cleanroom as per relevant SOP’s and Work Instructions.
  • Perform line clearance at lot/tool change.
  • Clean the assigned machines and mould faces every day and maintain a high level of housekeeping.
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Policies.
