Job Description The main purpose of the role is to lead and develop the training organization in the Molding area. Here you need to secure implementation of global pivotal initiatives through training and standardization to support running operations. Core Responsibilities Leadership and development of the people within the training organization based on philosophy and framework given professional guides. Ensures high quality in training delivery, acts as training methodology expert Supports efficiency and stability of training organization. Close collaboration with global and local teams (Technical writer, Learning& Development, etc.) Deploy infrastructure to reach the goals of the team (processes, KPIs, visual management etc.) Support continuous improvement of the training department Actively supports area in achieving the desired level of training/workforce flexibility Acts as a strong partner area leader – as part of the leadership team in the area representing the training organization and the training needs Build strong global relationships with colleagues from other areas. Actively promotes coherence and collaboration between departments. Drive handover of global critical initiatives piloted on site, incl. global standards and documentation Acts as an ambassador of the global alignment of processes and training documentation Play your part in our team succeeding The focus area of the department headed up by the Training Manager is to develop the functional expertise within the specific area through a strong and competent training organization to support globalization and growth Do you have what it takes • BSc or MSc degree in a related professional field (mechanical engineering or similar technical knowledge is a huge advantage) • 3-5 years working experience within a technical area or production environment. • Combined with experience with learning, development, and training activities • 1-3 years’ experience of people management (Not necessarily as direct leader) • Experience on different IT systems • Willing to travel approx. 15-20 days a year Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
