Description
Harvard Student Agencies FY26 General Application Harvard Student Agencies (HSA) is the largest student-run company in the world, generating $14M in annual revenue across 10 business units and employing 900 students each year. If you’re interested in joining over 65 years of hands-on business experience and community, apply today! Application Details Timeframe: These jobs begin in late September 2024 and end in fall 2025. Pay: All management positions are paid. The hourly wage is $17/hour. Time Commitment: The time commitment is 10-15 hours/week during the school year and full-time (35 hours/week) during the summer. Eligibility: This application is open to currently enrolled Harvard undergraduates in their first, second, or third year. Application and Interview Process Written Application The first step to applying for a management position at HSA is a short written application. This portion gives us an opportunity to learn more about you and why you are interested in HSA. Don’t worry if you are applying for HSA without prior business experience under your belt: the majority of our managers didn’t have any either! First Round Interview Once the application deadline passes, you will receive an email from us to set up a First Round Interview. These will be 15-minute interviews at the HSA Office (67 Mt. Auburn St). Managing Director Interviews If passed onto the next round, we will do our best to match you with one of our agencies. A Managing Director from that agency will reach out to you to set up an interview. Please note that you may interview multiple times during this round with different Managing Directors. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
