Unlimited referral bonuses; up to $3000 per referral On-site LGH health clinic -- FREE for full time staff Responsibilities of Mount Joy Country Homes Manager: · Responsible for implementing policies and practices to ensure MJCH is compliant with regulatory requirements. · Participates in the development of the annual operating and capital budgets for MJCH. · Assists with campus and cottage tours and inquiry phone calls as needed. · Provides oversight for the Community Center ensuring the facility is maintained and meets the needs of residents. · Provides organizational representation on the MJCH resident council committee. · Serves as the lead for MJCH community communication through calendar, meeting, and memo format(s) (in collaboration with the Communications Manager).
