Description Position Summary: The Mountain Community Insights Coordinator provides support to the Mountain Community Insights Manager for the network wide rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of client intake and data collection software. This position will be responsible for regular partner agency support through trainings, communications and coordination, development and maintenance of organizational documentation, and maintenance of software and hardware systems. This is a hybrid remote position that is primarily home-office based combined with scheduled on-site and in-the-field work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The duties listed below encompass the essential responsibilities of the position in the areas of training and customer service, project coordination, and teamwork and relationship building. Training & Customer Service · Create and support onboarding and training to promote use of the data intake (internally known as Mountain Community Insights) software and data tools by MANNA staff and partners · Ongoing technical support for digital intake platform and related software · Develop and update Mountain Community Insights training curricula and materials in a variety of formats including online/webinars, videos, and in person training scripts and curriculum · Schedule, track, and implement in-person and online software and data analysis training and demonstrations for end users · Maintain systems for Mountain Community Insights user support within the network through daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance plans · Develop materials, presentations and other communication opportunities with MANNA’s network on the benefits of Mountain Community Insights and organizational data Project Coordination – Mountain Community Insights Initiative · Assist in the network rollout of Mountain Community Insights software and ongoing programming · Maintain systems to document and track training progress of partner agencies · Develop reports with the Mountain Community Insights Manager using Mountain Community Insights data for a variety of stakeholders o Collect and organize data and report requests; filter and ‘clean’ data to ensure optimum report generation o Identify, analyze and interpret data trends or patterns in Mountain Community Insights data sets · Comprehensive knowledge of all components of the Mountain Community Insights system in order to provide support to all parties including the creation and updating administrative and agency user accounts within the system · Support the organization's Community Assessment report to Feeding America by identifying areas of highest food insecurity in MANNA’s service area and developing metrics to measure organizational progress in closing regional food insecurity gaps Teamwork & Relationship Building · Visit agencies to observe and troubleshoot implementation and progress with Mountain Community Insights · Provide up to date, accurate information and data to internal and external stakeholders through communication plans, newsletters, and other mediums · Support partner agency requests related to software and training materials and adjust as needed · Build and manage relationships with key internal and external project stakeholders · Provide regular updates to the partner network on successes, learnings and next steps of project Requirements Qualifications: · Education/Experience: A range of education, training, certifications and experience will be considered for this position. High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support, customer service, or nonprofit experience preferred Experience leading and training on-site and remote individuals and teams in diverse and rural settings Proven track record of delivering presentations and reports that include technical and nontechnical information Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office environment (especially Microsoft Excel) and standard office equipment Interest in developing research, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and sound business judgement Willingness to travel in MANNA’s 16 county service area Working Conditions: Works in various environments; office, in the field and in typical farm environments speaking to farmers within the food bank’s 16-county service area with exposure to local travel or further to attend conferences and/or meetings. Physical Demands: The physical demands required are representative of those that are required by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The physical demands of this position are medium-demanding work. While performing the job duties the employee is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee needs to be able to occasionally climb or balance. The employee might occasionally lift and move objects up to 25lbs. Specific vision abilities require the visual acuity to operate motor vehicles; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus close visual acuity to perform activities including but not limited to preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading. Functions also require the ability to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Travel: Routine travel may be required within the service area. Current driver’s license required; copy of current auto insurance; and clean MVR required. Schedule: This is a Hybrid position with the ability for a combination of work from home/field and office. Availability to work a flexible schedule Monday–Friday to be agreed upon with immediate supervisor. Occasional evening or weekend work as needed for planned events. In instances of a federal, state or locally declared emergency or order, MANNA FoodBank is typically considered an essential service and emergency responder; all employees may be called upon to perform regular or emergent duties.
