Responsibilities
The coordinator will serve as the main contact for residents and families, managing the scheduling of assessments and move-in dates while also handling necessary paperwork and file maintenance. This role also involves assisting with marketing efforts, scheduling tours, managing CRM software, and collaborating across departments to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
