Tabor Hills Senior Living offers an Independent Living Community, Supportive Living Community and a Healthcare Facility. We currently have an openings for a Move-In Coordinator at our Supportive Living Community! SALARY-$65,000.00 ANNUALLY BENEFITS INCLUDE HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION 1ST OF THE MONTH AFTER HIRE PAID TIME OFF 401K WITH GENEROUS EMPLOYER MATCH EMPLOYER PAID LIFE/SHORT TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE Under the direct supervision of the Administrator of the Supportive Living Community, the Move-In Coordinator manages, oversees and completes the admission/move in/Medicaid process. Responsible for census management. Responsibilities: Assists residents/families in application process and ensures completeness of resident file. Maintains documentation for resident files and oversight of financial files. Maintains a lead bank of referrals. Completes initial and annual resident rental agreements. Schedules move-in date in collaboration with the Director of Healthcare Services and coordinates information between Financial Services and the Supportive Living Community. Ensures apartment readiness, issues keys/call system, orientates resident to community. Participation in the Quality Assurance Committee. Maintain Resident Rosters. Creates the resident electronic records upon move in. Completes all required trainings/in-services. Performs data entry as required. Responsible for planning and implementing marketing events both internal and external. Schedules assessments with County and Department of Human Services. Prepares Face Sheets. Prepares Daily Census. Attends weekly staff meetings. Conducts community tours for prospective residents, families and visitors. Other duties as assigned by the Administrator. Thinks and acts calmly and logically to meet unusual occurrences of the job Dresses professionally, demonstrates friendliness, professionalism and business-like demeanor that instills trust and confidence as a representative of Tabor Hills. Maintains regular attendance and punctuality. Must be flexible to fill in when coverage is needed, including weekend and evening hours. Must be able to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Must know and be able to independently initiate steps towards problem resolution. Has scheduling flexibility to potentially accommodate off hour marketing requests. Qualifications Education/Experience/Skill: A bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of senior service experience in admissions or sales and marketing is preferred. Must have an Illinois license to operate a motor vehicle and the ability to read and write. Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be organized and detail oriented. Familiar with proper telephone etiquette. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Demands: Ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods of time. Office environment, mobility essential, standing, sitting, walking for periods of time, giving facility tours, etc. Occasionally lifting to 50 pounds, carrying and or pulling action may occur. Travel: Local Working Conditions: 100% inside with well-lighted and well-ventilated areas.
