About the Role You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our apartments are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of fieldwork and office support, takes pride in accuracy, and can be trusted to follow processes and timelines consistently. You’ll be out inspecting apartments, coordinating details, and serving as a key point of connection between guests, vendors, and internal staff. What You’ll Do Perform detailed apartment inspections before move-ins and after move-outs, carefully documenting conditions and damages Ensure apartments are fully prepared, properly inventoried, and attractively set for incoming guests Perform detailed housekeeping duties, as needed Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to deliver excellent customer service Greet guests upon arrival when requested, helping set the tone for a great stay Coordinate apartment access for utility providers, vendors, and service partners Build strong, professional relationships with apartment communities and vendors What We’re Looking For Someone who is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through Enjoys being on the move and working in different locations throughout the day 6 months to 1 year of inspection or quality experience or training preferred Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven commitment to customer service Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation What We Offer $15-$18 per hour, paid weekly Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm with opportunity for overtime during our busy season Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) with employer match Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Furniture Discounts Wellness reimbursements Viciniti is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
