Description
At OB Streem, we are pioneers in logistics. We are embarking on a bold new direction, expanding our capabilities to become the leading end-to-end logistics service provider that delivers intelligent solutions for customers around the world. We grew bolder, bigger and better, enriched by our legacy companies, Orphee Beinoglou, internationally known as ORBIT (Orphee Beinoglou International Transports) and Makios Logistics. From the former, we inherit a tradition that spans a century, having set the highest standards in freight forwarding, moving and logistics services across the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean. From the latter, we pick the dynamics of a 90-year enterprise that grew into a flexible handler of diverse logistics needs, with one of the largest truck fleets in the region. We are seeking for a highly organized and customer-focused Move Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a Move Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating moving operations to ensure efficient, safe, and professional service delivery. Responsibilities Supervise a crew of movers on-site, ensuring all items are packed, loaded, and transported safely and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the move, explaining the process and providing a high level of customer service. Oversee the professional disassembly and reassembly of furniture and the specialized packing of fragile or high-value items. Manage the loading plan for the truck to maximize space and ensure the safety of the cargo during transit through Belgrade traffic or long-distance routes. Complete all necessary paperwork, including inventory lists, damage reports, and delivery receipts. Ensure the company vehicle is maintained, clean, and stocked with necessary moving supplies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. 2–3 years of experience within the moving, relocation, or logistics industry, ideally in a supervisory or foreman capacity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Serbian and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in a business environment. Valid Category B driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong physical stamina and fitness, including the ability to regularly lift and move items. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain composed and effectively resolve operational, or client-related challenges in real time. Ability to make sound decisions quickly regarding routing, staffing adjustments, and on-site operational issues. High level of professionalism, reliability, punctuality and integrity. Competitive remuneration package. Excellent career opportunities and learning development. Modern and friendly working environment. Working within an outstanding Team of experts in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. Next Steps If you are interested in the above role, then click to apply and get the conversation going!
