JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and assisting with moving operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered on time.

SKILLS

• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting 75lbs and physically demanding tasks associated with moving operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and processes is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• No criminal record or convictions
• Smart phone with internet an asset
• Cantonese Speaking is an asset

• Safely operate moving trucks 18-24’ and other vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on delivery status.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and warehouse areas.
• Utilize forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
