We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving services, ensuring that items are delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in driving various types of vehicles, including box trucks. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our clients while managing the physical demands of the job.

SKILLS

• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in operating box trucks and understanding route driving logistics.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.
• Experience as a delivery driver or courier is beneficial for understanding delivery protocols.

• Safely operate box trucks and other vehicles for deliveries and moving services.
• Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Assist customers with packing, loading, and unloading their belongings during moves.
• Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any necessary paperwork.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for heavy lifting tasks when necessary.
