JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of items, ensuring safe transportation, and providing excellent customer service during the moving process. Ideal candidates will have experience in heavy lifting, driving, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in moving, delivery driving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
• Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of route driving and logistics is beneficial.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.

• Load and unload items from trucks and other vehicles with care to prevent damage.
• Safely operate box trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed, ensuring all belongings are handled with respect.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
