DESIGNATION : Mover (Part-Time)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Customer service orientation, as movers often interact with clients
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in handling large or awkward items
  • Time management to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Carry out duties with the highest level of personal integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Function effectively as a member of the collection and delivery team under the direction of the Team Leader.
  • Support the Team Leader in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor and in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent TSA/Re:Nue with courtesy and professionalism when interacting with donors and the general public.
  • Ensure all assignments are duly authorised and supported with the appropriate Collection/Delivery Orders or Service Orders; submit completed documents to the Customer Care administration for proper record-keeping.
  • Perform physical tasks, including loading and unloading donor items at designated sites and delivering items to FTS or Centres.
  • Execute all assignments professionally, ensuring proper handling and secure transport of items at all times.
  • Assist in clearing donation bins at various locations as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas consistently.
  • Comply fully with all workplace safety rules and regulations.
  • Promptly report any feedback, incidents, or damages to the relevant Supervisor or Manager.
  • Undertake any additional projects or specific duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
