As a General Manager, you will lead and coach your team to provide great experiences for our guests, create an environment where engagement, diversity and showmanship are paramount, set the standard for professionalism and deliver exceptional service, facility cleanliness, premiere picture and sound, food & beverage. You will engage in the community to develop a brand that surpasses a typical movie theater, but is a beacon for education, collaboration and growth.
The role of General Manager at our UT theater is both people and business focused. You will report to our corporate headquarters in Illinois but run the day to day business fairly independently. Are you all these things?

Qualified candidates will enjoy making important decisions and being accountable to their results. You must be willing and able to perform any job within the theatre including cleaning and sanitizing, concessions, guest services, and theatre operations with or without accommodations. Our manager must have the ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
