Working hours: 37 Hours (7.24 Monday – Friday)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Community Housing Services Team.

• A Relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
• A sound understanding of empty property management, social housing lettings and housing management.
• Experience of working in front line social housing management or other closely related field.
• A Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence, and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business purposes to travel throughout the borough to visit customers, communities and attend meetings.
