We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Engineer to join our dynamic Innovations team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and validation of our cutting-edge AMR and Robotics products. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver who embraces novel challenges and can align solutions with business needs and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors’ Degree in Robotics, automation, computer science and/or relative field
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• More than 5 years of working experience in mobile robot related fields, and more than 3 years of overseas technical support or project management experience
• Familiar with the core technologies of mobile robot navigation, positioning, control, etc., and understand the mainstream products and solutions in the industry.
• Have rich customer service awareness and communication skills and be able to independently solve technical problems of partner customers.

Product technical support:

• Provide pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales technical support for mobile robot product solutions for overseas customers, solve customer technical problems, and improve customer satisfaction
• Provide overseas customers with pre-sale, sale and after-sales technical support of mobile robot product solutions to solve customer technical problems and improve customer satisfaction
