QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong relationship sales skills with the objective of meeting customer needs
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated and dependable
• Strong time management skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Previous knowledge of the household moving industry would be an asset, but not required.

• Primary duties incl: client home visitation to provide moving assessments and offering customer service and support, and any associated admin responsibilities
• Make regular sales calls and visits (existing & prospective accounts); regional travel required
• Perform over the phone/virtual surveys
• Enthusiastically and consistently promote all services of the Company
• Prepare timely and useful reports on sales for management
• Regularly inquire about customer satisfaction, report promptly any dissatisfaction or dispute issues, and assist in bringing satisfactory resolutions.
