This role involves leading a mowing crew, operating equipment, and maintaining customer properties to the highest standards. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in landscaping or lawn maintenance; previous supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mowing techniques, turf care, and equipment operation. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks. Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver's license required
