Job Summary: Inch & Co. Outdoor is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mowing Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties through routine mowing, trimming, and general landscape upkeep. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates safely, and works efficiently as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Perform lawn mowing using commercial-grade equipment (zero-turn mowers, push mowers, etc.) Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, beds, and structures Blow off hard surfaces to ensure a clean, finished appearance Follow assigned routes and complete jobs in a timely manner Assist with basic landscape maintenance tasks as needed Maintain equipment and report any issues to the foreman Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Qualifications: Prior landscaping or mowing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Location York, Pennsylvania Department Landscaping-Services Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation $18-20
