* Inventory Monitoring and Reporting: Track inventory levels, turnover rates, and discrepancies using inventory management systems. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous process improvement. 4 or more years in supply chain or in a manufacturing environment Experience with inventory management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. highly analytical, with strong communication skills Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Experience with demand planning and forecasting techniques. Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
