Description

Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of supervisory in a Material Planning and Logistic manufacturing environment Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends Bachelor's degree in operations, Transportation & Logistics, or Supply Chain Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified Ability to multitask Ability to work independently As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
