Your Role: Connector. Collaborator. Catalyst. As the face of Oasis in the healthcare community, your job is to build strategic referral relationships and make sure every provider knows the value Oasis brings to their patients and families. Key Responsibilities: • Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, elder law attorneys, home health, hospice, and aging-related professionals. • Identify new outreach opportunities and drive referrals in healthcare environments. Ideal Candidate: • 2+ years of experience in a business development/sales role in the senior care industry. • Deep familiarity with the senior care landscape and transitions of care. • Strong communicator who thrives on building relationships and being in the field. • Organized, self-motivated, and ready to grow with a purpose-driven team. Candidates must be located in the greater Minneapolis area.
