What will I be doing?

• Disaggregating the Production Plan into a monthly/weekly plan in order to achieve all customer commitments by testing the feasibility of the plan and resolving imbalances.
• Managing the parameters within the ERP system, in order to guarantee the quality of data for the detailed schedules.

What do you need from me?

• Supply chain experience of 3 years minimum in a scheduling or planning role
• Proficiency in the MRPII principles
• Capable of communicating with an English-speaking production unit, both verbally and in writing
• APICS CPIM or working towards

Tools:

• Is proficient in using an ERP system (SAP experience preferably)
• Upper intermediate level on Excel

Communication:

• Capable of communicating clearly and concisely
• Able to escalate at the right time and at the right level
• Capable of making decisions
• A good team player
• Able to negotiate well with internal contacts and external suppliers
• An ambassador for the company and able to defend its interests

Analysis:

• Capacity to analyse a complex problem, sum it up and find solutions
• Ability to gauge the importance of drifts and to anticipate the consequences
