THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you want to be part of the team that is at the forefront of designing, developing, producing and testing the MQ-28 Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA)?
Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is currently looking for experienced Senior System Administrators to flex their Windows and Linux stack skills on this cutting-edge project.
As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be joining an existing secure networks specialist team that supports the implementation of technical cyber security controls across MQ-28 engineered systems.
Your role will involve partnering with solution architects, engineers and other technical SMEs across the program to design and implement cyber security solutions to minimise vulnerability and maximise resiliency.
As a senior system administrator, you’ll be working on secure, defence accredited environments, having practical experience designing and implementing cyber controls as dictated by industry standard frameworks such as the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Information Security Manual (ISM).
APPLICANTS MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS TO MEET DEFENCE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS.
You may require a Foreign Work Authorisation (FWA) in order to perform this role. This is not a requirement set or determined by Boeing but by the Department of Defence under laws issued in 2024. Please refer to the Department of Defence website to understand these requirements.
