Your responsibilities will include: Build and maximize value from existing group relationships Attract new brands, agencies, and advertisers directly Design and execute group advertising campaigns for suppliers/sellers Customize advertising campaigns for high-value clients Gather design assets and schedule campaigns in marketing calendar Oversee billing, payment, and campaign tracking reports Create and communicate campaign execution portfolios Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Leverage insights and innovations to reach target audiences through retail media Utilize flexible pricing/buying models (self-service, managed, programmatic) Act as a strategic partner delivering solutions aligned to business objectives. Maintain high client retention rate and achieve strong client satisfaction scores Achieve high campaign success rate and deliver campaigns on-time and within budget Drive quarterly increases in platform registrations and achieve strong monthly active user engagement Complete annual professional development requirements and propose new service improvements and innovations Drive quarterly client review sessions focused on retail media performance optimization and strategic growth planning Attributes Required: Smart and hard-working with strong integrity Passion for online/digital marketing and advertising (essential) Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Strong multitasking ability and meeting tight deadlines Resilience under pressure in fast-paced environment Bias towards action, solution-oriented Self-starter with active thirst for knowledge Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma preferred Minimum 3 years B2B software/advertising sales (account management) OR 5 years account management experience; Digital marketing, advertising, and/or sales experience mandatory; E-commerce experience advantageous Let’s talk about life @ Mr D The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
