We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the kitchen by assisting with meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas to ensure a safe working environment.

• Help cooks with cooking tasks as needed, ensuring timely meal service.
• Stock and replenish supplies as necessary to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
