TRJ Engineering was established 50 years ago and is a large fabrication company that does work in a variety of fields. In their facility in Hallam, they have divisions for council, trucking, earth moving, retail and general engineering
With 40 staff and fabricating products Australia wide, we are looking to add another team-oriented staff member to our already existing strong team.
We are seeking a suitable candidate to fill the role of a MR truck driver – Full time role

You will have the following skill set:

• Driver’s License (Minimum requirements -Medium rigid Manual license, 5 years truck driving experience) .
• Forklift License (must be current )
• Computer skills.
• Logistics experience
• O/H Crane experience an advantage.
• Knowledge of Melbourne Metro areas.

Position Summary:
The role of transport operations is to ensure that customer’s jobs, subcontracted parts, materials, and consumable items are picked up, transported, and delivered in a safe and secure, timely manner to meet the company quality criteria, and timeframes.
· Loading and unloading of TRJ Engineering truck for daily delivery runs.
· Organizing and scheduling daily runs based on work ready for delivery and pick up.
· Ensuring items for pickups & deliveries are labelled correctly, Qty’s and parts match dispatch information.
· All goods are to be loaded and strapped as required to arrive at their destination undamaged and can be unloaded safely.
· Follow Weekly truck maintenance tasks procedures, to ensure truck is always maintained and in roadworthy condition.
· Reporting maintenance requirements on truck i.e. servicing, tyres etc
· Keeping the truck clean and presentable.
