REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor"s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master"s preferred).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and digital transformation, with a strong understanding of OT systems.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and/or MES implementation.
• Expertise in managing IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated success in managing IT service provider relationships and vendor performance.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Transformation Manager to lead our Digital and IT Team. This role is responsible for driving the organization"s digital evolution by overseeing the SAP S/4 migration, MES deployment, and managing key digital platforms. The successful candidate will also lead IT service improvements, ensuring seamless operation, security, and modernization of IT and OT infrastructure, including networks, servers, endpoints, and cybersecurity.
