This is an excellent job opportunity for a highly skilled MRI Radiographer looking to influence MRI safety strategy, develop and implement policies, and deliver high standards of clinical excellence in a leading hospital in South Dublin.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of MRI safety standards, protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop, document, and maintain robust MRI safety policies in line with international best practice (e.g., ACR, IR(ME)R, MHRA).
• Oversee the day-to-day MRI safety operations, ensuring a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Chair and participate in MRI Safety Committee meetings.
• Deliver ongoing MRI safety training and annual safety refreshers to all relevant personnel including clinical, administrative, and ancillary staff.
• Maintain accurate records of safety briefings, policy sign-offs, incidents, audits, and compliance metrics.
• Provide expert input on MRI equipment selection, safety zones, signage, emergency planning, and project expansion.
