What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll support our technologists and imaging staff in providing exceptional patient care and high-quality MRI services. You’ll play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and efficient experience for every patient. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Greeting patients as they arrive, assisting with paperwork, and answering questions. Escorting patients to dressing areas and helping them prepare for their exams. Conducting MRI screenings to ensure safety before entering the scan room. Assisting with patient transfers and positioning under technologist direction. Establishing IV access and helping prepare oral contrast as instructed. Monitoring patients during exams and providing discharge instructions. Performing basic equipment checks, cleaning exam rooms, and transporting patients as needed. Supporting technologists with daily and weekly quality control (QC) testing. High school diploma or equivalent. At least one-year of previous healthcare experience. Medical terminology and recent medical/imaging office experience preferred. IV insertion experience preferred. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
