Description UConn Health Imaging is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our patient-focused team! Position Status: part-time Schedule: every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Location: outpatient imaging center in Farmington, CT We offer competitive base pay, weekend shift differential, 401(k) company matching program, and no on-call or holidays. Requirements EDUCATION: Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT. MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers. Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
