Make a Difference The MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Technologist will assist and guide patients through MRI scans. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Exceptional communication, technical and patient care skills Aptitude toward the team philosophy Team player Ability to work independently without direct supervision Basic computer skills Knowledge of sterile technique Education: Graduate of an accredited imaging program preferred. License: For MRI registered. One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures: (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT), Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT), Certified Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR)(ARRT)) For MRI non-registered Required Certifications/Licensures: (Radiologic Technologist by the State of Indiana and ARRT(R) Registry. OR Radiology Student Permit by the State of Indiana and ARRT registry eligible. ARRT(R) registry and Radiologic Technologist License by the State of Indiana be obtained within one year of hire
Responsibilities
