Scope of work Provides health care services, applying pulsed radio-frequency waves and magnetic energy to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by; or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. Responsibilities
The MRI Technologist provides healthcare services by performing MRI procedures and producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. They also ensure appropriate patient care and recognize conditions essential for successful completion of procedures.
