PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body Knowledgeable of 3D anatomy and imaging protocols Screen patients before examination Prepare patient for MRI procedure and answer any questions Adjust scan parameters correctly Administer contrast media manually and with pressure injector accurately Enforce magnetic field safety for MRI patients, operator, and visitors Follow physician orders precisely Maintain ACR accreditation requirements REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program. EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in MRI scan applications.
