Join our team of skilled Technologists and perform a variety of MRI services, including general pediatric, cardiac, intraoperative, research, and more! If you’re passionate about patient care and eager to grow professionally, apply today! Responsibilities: Uses two patient identifiers to identify all patients and documents patient history. Presents relevant patient information to the physician and assesses physician orders. Labels, prepares, and administers contrast. Ensures all exams are properly coded and tracked, all patient information is updated and documented, and all charges are entered correctly in appropriate systems. Practices and maintains MR safety while performing procedures. Interacts and communicates with both patients and co-workers while displaying a high level of caring, listening, dignity, and respect. Graduate of an ARRT-approved school of Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited CNMT, ARMRIT, or ARDMS program. ARRT registry-eligible technologists must obtain ARRT within 6 months of hire date. MR registry required within 18 months of primary registry acquisition or hire date if primary registry has already been acquired. CNMT, ARDMS, and ARMRIT graduates must obtain MR registry within 12 months of hire date. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: ARRT Certificate OR American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 30 days of hire.
