If you’re a committed team player, we would love to have you as part of our team.  As an MRO Lead/Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently coordinating the MRO Inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate, cycle counts, repairs, returns and receiving are all accurately completed. Please note that this position is a Tuesday to Saturday day shift. What's in it for you? * Health benefits and pension plan * Weekly pay * Onsite Cafeteria * Discount at our Chicken Shop * Opportunities for career advancement * A culture that values humility, a respect for family and hard work What you will be doing: * Direct and manage MRO stockkeepers and receivers; manage schedules, establish priorities, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and administer training as required.  * Demonstrate and promote the company’s core values in people skills, quality and growth.  * Accountable for maintaining inventory levels; verifying the accuracy of daily receiving, issuing, and put-away activities, periodically reviewing min/max levels and proposing changes to reduce holding value, and establishing cycle count schedules for MRO stockkeepers.  * Manage vendor repairs; monitor and coordinate the repair of major parts (motors, gearboxes, pumps, etc.) including the acquisition of quotes, assignment of item numbers, follow-up of purchase orders, and verification of technical specifications during receipt.  * Support MRO Inventory manager in duties including adjustment of bulk inventory levels, receiving of services, issuing corrections, creation of new item numbers, and department cost queries.  * Assist in all department duties including servicing parts counter, loading and unloading trailers, receiving parts, and acting as a backup to all other positions in the MRO Inventory department.  * Work closely with Purchasing to coordinate rush orders and answer queries.  * Performs daily Inventory Housekeeping Inspections per HACCP and BRC requirements. * Establish goals and priorities and manage the activities and work of subordinates. * Develop team capabilities through continue on-the-job and formal training opportunities and coaching. * Recommend, develop, and implement enhancements and improvements to departmental policies and procedures. What you will bring: * Ability to operate a forklift and stacker (training is available where required) * 3-5 year in an MRO role with direct reports  * Have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical parts.  * Understand concept of FIFO and 5S  * Working knowledge of HACCP & BRC  * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced operation.  * General computer skills Maple Lodge Farms was established in 1955.
