Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Procuring and tracking goods and parts/supplier level
- Internally coordinating with the Production Manager in order to ensure that material is available on time
- Ensuring that material is available in the correct quantities and by the set deadlines
- Initiating escalation measures relating to material deliveries in coordination with purchasing/supplier quality in order to improve the supplier’s delivery reliability
- Checking and amending the master data of materials in coordination with the points of contact
- Checking the inventory of purchased parts/materials in coordination with the points of contact
- Helping to improve and standardize work processes
- Responsible for measuring and achieving the SCM key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Provide support during inventory checks
- Work in compliance with the ESA and OHSA regulatory requirements
- Comply with all ISO 14001, 45001 and IATF requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- IT/SAP Knowledge
- Process and production orientation
- Mobility (ability to travel 10%)
- Advanced English Language skills
- Quality and cost orientation
- Problem-solving competence
- Communication Skills
- Conflict-solving ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:
- relevant: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver’s license, insurance and Canadian passport (required)
