Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Procuring and tracking goods and parts/supplier level
  • Internally coordinating with the Production Manager in order to ensure that material is available on time
  • Ensuring that material is available in the correct quantities and by the set deadlines
  • Initiating escalation measures relating to material deliveries in coordination with purchasing/supplier quality in order to improve the supplier’s delivery reliability
  • Checking and amending the master data of materials in coordination with the points of contact
  • Checking the inventory of purchased parts/materials in coordination with the points of contact
  • Helping to improve and standardize work processes
  • Responsible for measuring and achieving the SCM key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Provide support during inventory checks
  • Work in compliance with the ESA and OHSA regulatory requirements
  • Comply with all ISO 14001, 45001 and IATF requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • IT/SAP Knowledge
  • Process and production orientation
  • Mobility (ability to travel 10%)
  • Advanced English Language skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
