Company Description We’re Hiring: MRV Operator- smart Agile officer 📍 Location: Devon 💰 Pay: £16.50 📅 Hours: Rotation of shifts on the following days: Monday–Friday 07:30–17:30 and Saturday 07:30–13:30. This role offers 37 hours per week across 4 days, with overtime available. Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence Full, clean UK manual driving licence Right to work in the UK 5-year checkable work history Strong customer service and communication skills Good IT proficiency Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physically fit and resilient (due to long driving hours) Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS checks (location dependent) As an MRV Operator – Smart Agile Officer, you’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. This includes delivering high‑end mobile security services, responding swiftly to threats, incidents, and wellbeing concerns, and supporting colleagues and clients with a proactive, visible security presence. You will gather incident evidence using Body Worn Cameras when directed, follow instructions issued by the Joint Operations Centre and local client representatives, and maintain the highest level of bearing and deportment at all times. Throughout every shift, you will stay alert, inquisitive, and fully engaged, enhancing overall security and resilience across the branch network. Responsibilities Proactive Security:-Maintain a proactive approach to security issues using local knowledge; respond promptly to threats, incidents, and wellbeing concerns. Duties & Incident Management:-Carry out duties beyond standard officer tasks, using Body Worn Cameras to capture evidence when directed. Complete all tasks assigned by the Joint Operations Centre efficiently. Professional Presence:-Maintain a smart, reliable appearance while remaining alert, visible, and engaged to provide a strong security presence. Additional Tasks:-Support tasks set by the Barclays team lead, uphold Securitas values at all times, recognise risks, and prioritise safety by following policies and training.
