Position: MS D365 Business Central – Head of Solutions (Presales)
Location: Australia – Preference to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide
Salary: Industry-aligned and negotiable, depending on experience

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, ideally with pre-sales or Solution Architecture experience
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing workflows
  • Experience with AL, Visual Studio Code, Power Platform, and Microsoft ecosystem
  • Proven success in client demos, RFP responses, and technical sales support
  • Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills
  • Microsoft Certified: Business Central Developer/Architect (or working towards)
  • Degree in IT, Business, or related field

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI)
  • Background in ERP consulting or technical sales across APAC
  • Exposure to Azure integration patterns, DevOps pipelines, and cloud architecture
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, POS, or industry-specific ISVs
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Head of Solutions (Presales) to join our team. Own pre-sales strategy and execution for Dynamics 365 Business Central
Lead solution design, discovery sessions, proposals, and client demonstrations
Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Microsoft to align on value-based selling and solution fit
Provide expert insight during the sales process to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pre-Sales Leadership
  • Lead pre-sales engagements across industries, working closely with the sales team to qualify opportunities and define solution strategy
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business requirements and pain points
  • Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations, proposals, and Statements of Work
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and support strategic bids
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Business Central in customer-facing scenarios
  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Translate business needs into fit-for-purpose Business Central solutions
  • Design high-level solution architectures including integrations, extensions, and add-ons
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to scope and validate solutions
  • Leverage knowledge from Wild Tech’s international teams (e.g., Malaysia & Singapore) to align best practices
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build trust with prospective clients, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Work with Microsoft account teams to co-sell and respond to joint opportunities
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and positioning of industry-specific solutions
  • Innovation & Enablement
  • Stay across Microsoft updates, AppSource solutions, and emerging tech
  • Present internal enablement sessions and contribute to reusable pre-sales assets and demos
  • Support the refinement of estimation tools, proposal templates, and sales collateral
