We are looking for Senior Software Engineer based out of our Bangalore Office Job Description Design and develop customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) applications. Collaborate with the team on large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects. Review functional designs and business requirements to create detailed technical solutions. Take ownership of coding, testing, and analysis of software applications throughout the production lifecycle. Drive and/or assist technical design and gap analysis with other technical teams, ensuring high technical quality and consistency. Collaborate with functional consultants to clarify design and functional requirements. Work closely with the development team to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in a customer-facing role, including resolving performance issues, managing environments, and ensuring smooth operations. Hands-on development experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Minimum 2 years of programming experience in X++ is required. Proficiency with SQL Server and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Understanding of technical design principles, programming logic, and flow charts. Experience in front-end technologies and web-based applications is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.E./B. Tech, BCA, BSc, B.Com) or equivalent diploma. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related technologies are highly preferred. Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions to customers.
